During the EuroShop 2017 - the international Retail Trade Fair in Düsseldorf, Arneg World S.p.A. asked for an innovative multimedia solution for its fair booth, in addition to a mobile app for visitors.

Goals of the company were:

  • to provide custom services to guests and visitors, innovating the customer’s experience at the booth;
  • to create a captivating and long-lasting experience;
  • to realize a direct communication between the company and its stakeholders.

Arneg fair booth was equipped with a centralized control of all the involved digital devices and with services based on the XuniPlay Cloud, on enterprise platform, with suitable SLA for an adequate use in critical business scenarios as well.

The project included:

  • Mobile app for iOS and Android in order to provide a new fair booth awareness and a custom tool able to send targeted news and notifications to visitors during the entire event.
  • Signage management software for all the installed monitors and totems, guaranteeing the broadcast of multimedia contents and real-time informative messages.
  • App for totems, keeping the Arneg’s “look and feel”.
  • Virtual Concierge service for sending push notifications on the Arneg guests’ smartphones for logistical and organizational communications related to the fair visit.

The used technologies, integrated with the company’s management software – the products catalog, made possible a multichannel approach: the contents distribution throughout different devices.
