Information as per art.13 of Leg. Decree 196/03

We hereby inform you that your personal data will be used by fabbricadigitale Srl, as Titleholder, for the purpose of:

1. Sending you a newsletter, as requested and when you provide your consent.

2. Send you other commercial communications regarding our product.

Your data will not be sent to third parties or be disseminated as a function of the channel being used to entertain relations with fabbricadigitale s.r.l.; processing modalities may include telephone, data communications or mail.

You need to provide the requested data to be able to verify your request.

We remind you that, with respect to the processing of the aforementioned data, and based on Art. 7 of the aforementioned Leg. Decree 196/2003, you have the right to obtain, without delay, from fabbricadigitale s.r.l.:

1. The confirmation of existence of personal data concerning you, and the communication, in an intelligible manner, of the same data and their source, as well as the logic on which the processing is based.

2. The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of processed data in violation of the law.

3. Updates, rectification or, if the user deems it appropriate, integration of the data.

Management of its customers and, if consent is given, of:
a) marketing and/or promotional operations;
b) sending newsletters or information regarding our activities.

Furthermore, you have the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you. To exercise your rights according to Article 7, you may write to infoPrivacy@fabbricadigitale.it (published on the Official Gazette on the 29th of July 2003, General series No. 174, Ordinary supplement No. 123/L).
